Boss master shower (Hollow Knight)

I hike a bug...boss after the 1st phase (after which it needs to fall to a lower level) without animation, just break the glass and disappears.
Just stand there and do nothing, the door is closed.
Anyone had this problem? Help!

also, I've solved this problem by scoring for a while on it and did other jobs and other bosses, then came back to it and everything was norms. Maybe even depended on the use of certain amulets or gear XS, but that's how it happened.
