No, he only once, with the enemies not drop-in bags is not lying. But don't kill yourself about this, he sucks the most features among all of the shields (even if Apache up to level 40) and he looks to put it mildly not so (but it's not for everybody)

Blue and purple weapons you can buy at the blacksmith, gold and purple weapons you can smoke at Reda, in the chest hake, (but it falls randomly), and gold weapons can be bought after passing the story on the basis of assassino. All the weapons that are given only for the job, you can knock Reda in the trunk of hake.
