The problem with gtx460se
Hello! The problem with the gtx460se video card, when you first start the PC works flawlessly in games and in idle, under stress tests, the card behaves fine. But turning the PC off, at least leave for 5 seconds, off, back is not enabled, i.e. does not display the image, and the railway works and of course loads the OS. When connected to the internal graphics card the picture is even with the gtx460 installed in PciE, if you wait 5-10 minutes the PC is working again with the 460 but before the first shutdown. Also checked 550ti, it is normally off, is switched on. Flashed the BIOS, because nothing else came up, the resistance at the conclusions in the standard, have sinned in the conclusions. Please write your OS version (in detail). People have glitches in the latest update of Windows 10 because of the included functions Enable quick launch(the power of Actions when pressing the power button, the shutdown options).
You have that on all connectors of the image output of the video card?
You can test on a clean version of the OS To another version of Win 7-10 (can driver screwing up)
Maybe the video card is sick, dunno.
