Can't remember movie name help !!!

In this movie there was a boy and the class came new which is not cared about someone else's opinion about it(he still had the jacket strange) and it so happened that this newcomer planted in one row with this boy and they became friends on vacation the new guy asked him to go with him to Poland to his grandpa(the old lade like) in the middle of the movie they were still looking for the hose so the gasoline drained and met the girl she went with them and then went on his way avtobuse they didn't reach new kudato away and the boy was sent home... please Help to find it)) HERE is MY VC https://vk.com/sleepydreamer0
