There was no magic teacher (Dark Souls 3)

Once opened and talked with him ,he was supposed to appear in the fire temple but didn't. I decided to restart the game did not help and the place where NIS said went but it is not. decided to call in a temple Irina from Karima she appeared. please help.

You once invited him, gave him a scroll? It will disappear from the Fire Temple, if you will not give him the scroll before I kill all 4 bosses.
