Suddenly the screen fully lighted (Fallout 4)

Has anyone encountered similar? Strange thing. If it happens, all is not treated, you need to load the last save. Where is the locations saved. If I go back to the same place, the glare appears again (but sometimes the truth is lost). If maintained during lit, restart the game, log in again to save the glare of the remains, so this is an obvious reason in the game, not the graphics card.

I have the same thing happen, but rarely and then when I'm around some sort of base there. I can just find the bed, and wait 10 hours after being.

It is only at night and when rain occurs. This is due to the reflections and glare. Verified. There is a solution to better sleep:
In the launcher to disable reflections, humidity, volume of rain and glare.
