Hung main menu (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

When you enter the game, just partially freezes the game.
The main menu works but does not respond to the mouse, what to do?

Roll up the game and then unfold for example. Maybe it will help...
Alt+Tab or key sindows know their stuff...
