In inventory, find things that you can wear and click equip. Yes, the bosses will be new, but in the third passage mainly :)

Remains absolutely everything. And as a plus - broken\not done the quests can be taken on the new.
There's just one spoiler - the game has division of the quests on solo.
The General can run any of the game characters, and personal - only a specific character.
9S have a much more personal quests than in 2B and in fact, side quests. in the second passage, will be not less than 16, which belong to the 9S.

You have a problem with money? in my game, and my playthroughs I have not found the time problems with money. Chips it is desirable to improve, and preferably to improve them at the best ratio in volume.
Recommend to improve the chips on weapon damage and ranged up to +6, with a capacity of not more than 15.

so podfarm, you can go farm some creeps chips in drop chance, and then run potermi chips on ranged and melee. What is stopping you?
After just money, you can still, for fun, to sit to go fishing. By the way, you can buy weapons and robots to get a better price selling items robots.
