Creation Kit does not save .the esp file. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Once launched the SK — pull Savе and save .esp since you need a name. After all changes are made in this file.

And then when you're done — take it out on SK. It will prompt you to save changes, agree and verify. Personally, I did so.
