Popping up the task bar and minimize close (Gears of War 4)

Can anyone help! The game runs on ultra everything is fine no crashes.
The problem is this: when the mouse rises up POPs up Windows with buttons to close and minimize and if down then climbs the task bar. Despite the fact that there were full screen. It turns like it's in window mode. Please tell me how to resolve this problem? ALT+ENTER does not help.

I have a friend the same problem, but they don't care about her.... apparently the right not to be. Almost impossible to lift the mouse up and down.
