Windows 8.1 and the error"System Thread Exception Not Handled\"

Hi all. There is an old Toshiba laptop with 8.1 on Board, which worked quite well. But suddenly appeared the blue screen with error"System Thread Exception Not Handled . Recovery has proved impossible, so I recorded two different ways W8.1 and decided to reinstall the system. So the way that with the second I faced the same problem System Thread Exception Not Handled but with a different sauce: now after the error the laptop is safely loaded, behaves consistently, if not to touch it, but it is necessary to switch on any application like flies pretty soon this same error.
Any tips?
