I have observed drawdown hard on ultra(i7 3770k4.5 10606gb), so if the computer is cooler then my ultra put
The game is not terribly optimized that used on the ultra but without the dips I think at least 1080Ti need 16оперы well, i7-8700K)

Why do you want ultra? I play with the HD pack, with his entourage on a low-medium-high (but range rendering at all). And a stable 60 FPS and no dips. Many story mods installed, and three graphics. System - 3770К, 16, 1070.

Well, are you bent. About graphics out there on ultra no problem to play in 1070 minutes. Here at ultra on GTX 1070 to far Harbor, where the load on vidyuhi is most of all because of the fog and rays.
And here's a test on ultra in 4K resolution (which usually eats 3-3.5 times more resources) for the GTX 1080 (dispersal of the factory, did the test purely the graphics card out of the box)
And what about the percent and then there is i5 enough, although in some places, in cities fps sags because of the speed of RAM. This is one of the few games which need fast RAM.
