If the provider traffic goes through some realties Antarctica, then at least a Gigabit or ten from this ping will not decrease,even if the game server live.

Actually the speed of your Ineta not greatly affected ping in games, check it out on Satie - 2ip.ru.
People have a speed of 20-60MB/s and a ping of around 1K

with other games there are no such perovich lag in this fucking game! (even in BF if I run the game on the US servers I have a ping not higher than 60-70)
