Bug science station (Marvel's Spider-Man)

Can't go 100 percent district Upper East Side because of the research stations in the menus of the area indicated that there are two there, and the map shows only one, I'm all in the area in manual scan. Does anyone have a similar problem, maybe someone knows what can I do? Restart do not want the game to 94 percent passed already damn

It will open when you hit the other stations. This is not a bug.

How I did to get through: in the World Map, click the triangle (map legend) and uncheck all the boxes, then check the box only for scientific stations, that's it!
