The problem with online radio. (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Don't know where to write more.. in SAMP or MTA in any game where there is a stream online radio. My radio just does not play, the sound effects are all there, as if something blocks the transmission of radio, climbed to the firewall and disabled antivirus + updated Windows to the latest version(Win10). So I solved the problem with this browser, re-installed, put the DNS of Google and Yandex ... something else but can't remember.. in short do not working in online radio in games.. sho do?
