Installation of mods (Far Cry 3)

Guys, how to install multiple mods? For example, I have 1 mod that has 2 files that need to be replaced(patch.bat ; patch.fat), and have 2 mod which has the same files(patch.bat ; patch.fat) that must be installed in 1 folder, all not compatible with each other

BAT is the extension of executable text file ( can open it with Notepad ) and can be used only for installing the mod, including every mod install at a time .

It's not as easy as it seems. To install a few mods, they need first to combine previously unpacked patch.dat, patch.fat.
