First news - the long awaited patch came out.Secondly, the admins have expanded rights.

1) the Patch fixes a lot of bugs. The magic system has changed a lot, many changes were made in an attempt to balance classes in modes duel and duel. The rules the violation of which I may be banned:
1) Use cheats, cheat programs, or using bugs - the period of the ban to three months, or the deletion of characters and the whole progress of the game in multiplayer(when the same situation happens - a lifetime ban).
2) Mats in the chat, insults to other players,the caps ( Those who write in LARGE letters ), a warning ( if repeated ban from one hour to three days )
If I don't notice something,you can post here the screenshots of violations of these rules and one who broke them will be punished.

Some where you said it well, but there are a few but...
