Can't get to the camera (Sleeping Dogs)

There is a problem with cracking camera - I can't get to the goal.
On the images visible platform on which sort of should I grab, but it does. Advise me what to do.

The incentive should be a manual on these cameras. He can not remember, but I mostly have problems with them did not arise. Only with racing.
