How to change graphics on ultra-nightmare ? (Doom Eternal)

Is there a way to bypass the restriction point textures ? Even if all on min to put it, the game still does not expose the ultra-horrible texture. Why ? Are there ways to get around that ? What for this restriction is made developed ? In the same resident the evel 3 a remake of the demo, you can skip these limits and to set the desired level Rafiki(by the way I don't even lag at max speed and fps almost never drop). But why in doom eternal made such a restriction ? My config GTX 1060 6GB Ryzen 2600, 8GB RAM. Tipo memory need not so much, there should chuuute a bit more than 6GB of RAM some and still the game does not allow to expose. As for me moronic restriction.
