Owners of the Oculus rift, need your help

So I bought Rift dk2 but can't install AT where Oculus home without which I understand cannot be configured to watch videos in 360 degrees. The program is installed but at the end says there was an error and asks to restart the computer and try again. Just 3d to watch but that's it. Downloaded Runtime any there, there still is a demo with a table where you look around, but why would this thing need I did not understand
