Bug with mods on weapons. (Doom Eternal)

Ran into a very nasty bug in the game. When passed a map of the city, found a robot that allows you to access the mod on any weapon. When you try to activate the mod is not activated, but the robot allowed. Total I have at the end of the game and remains open one mod, but all the robots are gathered. Has anyone else had this happen? Noticed a bug with the threat level, with a large number of restarts from a checkpoint part of the threat does not disappear with the passage of the level, those not getting the point of better weapons, but it cured by restarting the map after passing.

PS: yesterday finally broke the game. tried to launch already traversed the map with cheat on all mods (hoping that this will bypass the bug). The mod was not on the gun, which turns him into a turret. I tried to change mod load. Came with card but the mod without Chita never showed up...but now I can turn it on, but to buy upgrades for points can't, maybe it is blocked.
