Brake after driver update video card (Doom Eternal)

All settings on low or off, resolution is 1024 by 768. The game is just flying in General there were no problems, driver was AMD_Radeon 20.1.3 and after upgrade to 20.2.2 the game just became incredibly slow, 10 shots max, I only did set up the game, rolled the driver version back to 20.1.3 and nothing happened, the day was updated to version 20.3.1 and as nothing helped, tried different configs with this forum, the config after you make changes back to his native state. Percents i5 661, 12GB RAM, 2Gb Video Sapphire ATI Radeon R7 360 OC NITRO.
