Where to buy game is officially the game for cheaper? (No Man's Sky)

Wanted to play No Man's Sky. Previously, it did not play. Pirates are not interested, as it is not available online. Saw the prices in steam and gog costs 2000 rubles, which for indie games is expensive, given that it's still the old (left the game 09.08.2016). Looked at other informal venues (pay PV, etc.) there is a minimum of 800 rubles, which is not quite reasonable to pay so much dealers. Usually indie games are 250-500 rubles, given the ru region, and the fact that an indie project, and not some AAA.. Agree that the AAA project 2K can be easy to give, and for indie is too. Why do you think such a high price for this game? Whether it discounts or when there will be?
