How to run the game in offline mode ? (Borderlands 3)

Go out with ECCP Stora , press to return later , entering the ECCP , start the game , writes the for what to play, log into the network , is there any way to still run ?

in the upper right corner of the gear button(in the menu after character selection)-click,choose local mode
