Ubisoft servers not available (Watch_Dogs)

Decided to play again in Watch Dogs,play even before the mission, discover a new world is not reached like the 4th or 5th of the 1st part,so here is a list of contracts and card online is not available...was the first invasion of the"player" killed it,played another time...and again writes the ubi server is not available for the life of me,in the settings everything is enabled,but can't play online...what with the servers?! Maybe they disconnected a long time,and I don't know?
