Can't find a movie from my childhood

Can anyone knows I would be grateful.
In my childhood, somewhere in the late nineties caught the eye of the film looked just the excerpt, then the adults probably changed the channel. Now remembered it and want to see it. Remember not much. Children of the river shore is level and maybe the beach on the other side of the shore is high and rocky, a boy launches a radio-controlled airplane. The other guy is older and healthier with the moral support of their comrades takes the remote from the first guy. Further, it cannot cope with the controls and the plane crashes into the bushes on the opposite rocky Bank. And the guy that owns the plane, climbed on the rocks behind the plane. More like how to wire up a male, maybe he went to get the plane, but rather he went to save the guy from the cliff. Don't remember anything else... Oh yeah, the film is most likely American in the extreme case, a Canadian or Australian or something. For years, I think either late 80s or early 90s.
