Driver new not rolling out? (Resident Evil 3: Nemesis)

DirectX 11 has started since yesterday MicroProse.
Checked the release version and a demo of RE2 - the situation is similar.
Switch to DirectX 12 API and everything becomes normal.

The exact same problem on Radeon гх480 8 gigs... Now I looked monitoring during the game and saw that on my i7(4 core 8 threads), one of the cores is loaded 100%...I have the feeling that the demo is not correctly distributes the load on processor core. If you suddenly find the solution or even info - write pliz. And I'm afraid as if the main game I have lags, was not...
