Stored clothing in GTA ONLINE (Grand Theft Auto 5)

What to do don't even know when my character is wearing the bag (of the robberies) I can't wear the saved outfits.And when I go to the clothing store there is nothing to look at or buy the only house you can change. But before the update the day of judgment everything was fine I could change the saved outfits and other players everything is fine. Please tell me what to do.
