I purchased the power 4 days ago with a fast start..my headquarters to level 5 I think enough...?Just skull it is hard to earn not donate..was thinking to invest in the remaining operatives and white are useless at all a little( took Moldova from 21 to 9 in the League and they only gave me somewhere a little more than forty skulls(((
