Do not just saw. Mediaget, among other things, you can disable and download directly from the site, well to the word. Your previous post can be removed.
Tested the update on my machine (AMD Athlon X2 340, 8Gb Ram,GForce GTX 650 ), it all got better, and much more. Smaller brakes, and lags of the first start faster. While the setting is low, that maximum one figure, the performance increase is not observed. Don't know what helped update the game or drivers.
