Rank upgraded (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Just got my FIRST rank. But I was given a bronze immediately, the system has jumped through a bunch of other ranks. Why can't I get the very first title? How this system works?

To get rank you need to play 10 matches and based on how you played system expects the level of your game and gives you a rank.
