Poisoned arrows (Total War: Rome 2)

In 2 the Rome to my surprise they are in the game(but not as iMovie as in Attila), I have not found any unit with these arrows, why are they fully implemented the current after the release of Attila?

unit with Vogue, but a poisoned arrow I added in the table when weapons were digging.
