What to do if computer does not see the controller?

I bought gamepad Genius MaxFire Pandora Pro but the computer does not see it, recommend a good prog for such cases, Everest calls it an Unknown device with id 0000-0000
Unknown Device Identifie helped, but I backup not made foolishly, and now it does not save also writes the Unknown device.
