Strange chest in the cave (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Prompt, pliz, what's in the treasure chest in the cave of the werewolf (Nelena) in the quest wild heart? In this cave several chests, but one of them is on a pedestal in a small offshoot of the main cave and not highlighted as active. Is it possible that it is tied to another quest?
