Yes, in theory it should work, not sure at 100%, but close to it. On ДДР2 DDR3 and everything worked fine (from personal experience).

No, I haven't met. Sometimes conflict due to the different memory chips, and then when they make a few(8Gb+4Gb for example on different chips Samsung and Hunix). You have 2 identical pairs. Conflicts should not be.
I once burned plank OCZ DDR3 and it the kit supplied Samsung with a different voltage, but with the same timings. And all worked for several years in dual channel mode. And before that was ДДР2, 2 different sets from different manufacturers and with different timings (512MB+512MB and 1 1Gb). All also worked very long in dual channel mode.

Generally there will be no surprises, everything will work like clockwork. The main timing and frequency, you are all the same, so even though different companies, different volumes though, it will work.
technically the memory should work in 2 channel if conditional 1st level is the memory of one volume and the second other is equal for each of the levels
in any case of compatibility issues I don't know.
