found the solution!!! all the cards several times won't pass through map_de_shorttrain and decided to do so: in the library in the properties of cs:go there is a tab BETA choose beta version rolled game, took shorttrain and voila Sniper is received. then just in the same tab, give the beta version and downloaded the normal cs. if helped to accomplish your goal.
