Bug with title inscription in the old spawn (Minecraft)

Once again walking and looking around, I noticed a strange inscription under the ground. Thinking about the great possibilities or perhaps the treasure I had digged for her, and found the old title page which was in the spawn. Don't know whether this is a bug, but in this area you can build anything, and even give for the spawn.
