5 fps (RAGE 2)

Friends, asking for help. I have a Phenom X6 1055t/8ram/rx460 2gb / win 10

Start game in menu 60 fps, and as soon as the character selection 5 fps even on low, even on ultra.
percent old my loaded only 30% and map 100%..

Can't believe that card may not be enough, even if old percent enough..

someone tried to run on such systems?

read, people say play fine on any 960-x cards.. what the hell..

PS: by the way the game gave me a gun install
