Question about the sound

Guys the question jaded, but still. Sound disappeared in W10. Before, if it happened just re-installed the driver and everything worked. Now make the installation and still nothing. The volume icon POPs up the message: the audio Output device not installed. In device Manager the devices appear, but indicated a problem with the drivers. The Troubleshooter W10 writes that to install the drivers and bug fixes require a restart, but it does not solve the problem. In the BIOS the device appears. Maybe it's the most sound?
