Black screen!!!during a game!!! (Call of Duty: WWII)

windows 10(1703) i7 4770 16gb 1070gtx play all the rules setting the extra resolution of 1920 x 1080 and then a black screen and unable to do nothing just reset button on the system unit!!!help solve problem!!!zaranee thank you))

Well, that and how the problem was solved? Same crap. The Intro and everything is frozen. Won't run black screen.
