Sound (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Good afternoon.
Problem with sound, if sound it was possible to measure the FPS, it would be on the 5, not more. Lag that is a feeling that listening to Morse code one letter, is the letter I.
The most fun that sound is normal when the game is minimized or in the main menu
