SE PS4 retards gg (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello, this problem. 've been playing for quite a while, but the last time there was a problem running gg time to time he goes a step or even running in place, joystick just clamped up. Tried without mods, started a new game. All to no avail.
