Quest Sanctuary (Fallout 4)

When it comes to Stragers to pass the quest on the bed ,he resuscitated can't pass.Sends back to put them in that building there

If mods deleted this buggy after saving, not before the game, then this might be the reason. Then start a clean game from scratch
