In the video settings the idea. In Andromeda even have the option to render the game in lower resolutions than the monitor.

probably the game itself such permits does not support but there was a couple like scaling
you can put 1600x1200 and half of that resolution scaling will give the same 800x600

No way. Resolution 1.9 MP, minimum resolution of 1024x768.
