Weird I have the same features on laptop, Windows 10 too,and the Witcher 3 is coming quietly on minimal 40 fps

Maybe the driver is not all set,but it is not rebooted due to system requirements or maybe much the processor heats up
It is still possible that the hard drive comes story,on my old hard drive(which XS how many years) there were already such problems.
