Your ability points after level 40 (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Tell me, how much experience (in practice) to get 1 point abilities. I read that you need 10,000, but I get about 19.000. Maybe because the plot is not up to the end passed?
P. S. this game has a storyline to end. Now at one point abilities need exactly 20,000 experience (checked on the plates).

You can get your ability points (AP) as follows:

1 point for each level — High 39
1 point for 10000 experience after level 40 is Not limited
Meditation in the shelters of hermits — a Maximum of 5
The passage tomb is a Maximum of 14
Victory over war elephants — a Maximum of 4
