Help to understand with Itunes

Hello please tell me, in General I go to Itunes on your computer, enter username and password, I get a confirmation on the iPhone which says Your apple id is used to log in to PC the approximate location of Moscow and I do not live in Moscow and never from there to Itunes did not come, the phone I have a new, year use it, I changed the password and again when I go to Itunes on the PC and received the confirmation on the iPhone which says the same thing, I can easily go to Itunes. I have the essence of the question is, why not my city finds a location and the location of Moscow, may PC can't identify my town my location or what, please help me. May be such that just a PC can not identify the geolocation of my city
