Please help (Company of Heroes)

Hello dear friends!
A game CoH version 2.602. not the Steam version.
Interested in the acceleration of resource extraction (fuel, personnel, etc.) not the trainer.
Was before where the patch on CoH which replaces some files of the game and thus it accelerated the ticking of the resources.
And the ticking was influenced at all even on bots. With bots it was hard to play. Expert (AI) has developed into an invincible monster.
I can't find her friends and wanted to remember times past.
If this patch someone has please share, and that we are tired of always win :) the Third day of torturing Google, I can not find.
