The character was black (The Sims 4)

Hello, there was such a poser today... created a family of Sims and one of the 5 characters "Bagnols"... became black, but at the approach of her black partially missing (see photo all is visible).
Mods and additions I have a lot... and I don't know why appeared this problem.
Using the "hidden conflict" I removed a broken fashion, but the problem did not dare.

I suspect that Brinton has conflicts or the version is too old. Try using the extended version of the CAS console, cas to write.fulleditmode and then in the editor change the SIM skintone and so on can help

about skin I don't think he is guilty since on other Sims skin works fine... how many skins don't change nothing changes(

No, I changed it(even without extra content)... also established a new family and the problem is the same.
