The problem with the modded Dust (Fallout: New Vegas)

I downloaded a modification for Dust Fallout New Vegas. Run it via NVSE, turned on the mod in the launcher, IIiii....
When I start a new game, I spawn in the bed D. Mitchell, and nothing else happens.
